Refund Policy

This policy describes when refunds are available for MaxDesign SEO platform subscriptions and for one-off services such as the AI Visibility Audit.

1. Trial period

Paid plans include a free trial. No charge is made during the trial and the subscription can be cancelled at any time without obligation.

2. Monthly subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and access remains active until then. The current month is not pro-rated, except as described in section 4.

3. Annual subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are fully refundable if requested within 14 days of the charge. After 14 days, refunds are pro-rated over unused whole months, less the discount received compared to monthly pricing.

4. Service interruption

If the platform is unavailable beyond the thresholds defined in the SLA, the customer earns a service credit at the rates stated there. Credits apply to the next invoice and may, on request, be paid out as a refund.

5. One-off services and the AI Visibility Audit

The audit is delivered as a personalised report. Refunds are available until the report has been delivered. After delivery refunds are not available, but if the report contains material errors we produce a corrected version at no charge.

6. How to request a refund

Email office@maxdesign.rs from the account owner's address with the invoice number and the reason. We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days.

7. Abuse

We reserve the right to decline refunds where the Terms of Service have been breached or where repeated requests indicate abuse of this policy.
