Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the povoljnisajtovi.rs website and the MaxDesign SEO platform, operated by Povoljni Sajtovi, Belgrade, Serbia.

1. Acceptance

By accessing the website or creating an account you accept these terms. If you accept on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation.

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the registration data you provide.
• You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the platform to publish unlawful content, to attempt unauthorised access, to interfere with the service, or to scrape the service in an automated way without written permission.

4. Customer content and AI-generated output

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the service.

The platform produces AI-assisted drafts. You are responsible for reviewing output before publication. We make no warranty that generated content is accurate, original or suitable for a specific purpose.

5. Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on the selected billing cycle and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices exclude any applicable taxes. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Service levels

Availability targets and support response times for paid plans are described in the Service Level Agreement.

7. Data protection

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data on your behalf, the Data Processing Agreement applies.

8. Intellectual property

The platform, its software, design and documentation remain the property of MaxDesign and its licensors. No rights are granted other than the right to use the service during the subscription term.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these terms or for non-payment, after notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy where the breach can be remedied. You may cancel at any time from the billing screen.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the service is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost search rankings.

11. Changes

We may amend these terms. Material changes are announced at least 30 days in advance by email or in the dashboard. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. The courts of Belgrade have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
